Hi! 👋 I’m Esther Wieringa. UX Designer at Rabobank. I work together with product teams to help them create a version of their product they feel proud of. Whether it is a customer facing website or a B2B application, together we find the best fit between business results and customer value.
For the past 6 years I’ve gained a lot of experience working for a large variety of clients including: SNS Bank, Evangelische Omroep, Telfort, Reed Business, Sdu, Greenchoice and the Municipality of The Hague.
My 3 main responsibilities are:
- Turning assumptions into facts by conducting and analyzing user research.
- Improving usability and UX of complex product flows.
- Facilitating workshops and full Design Sprints.
